About the project
As the first stage of the Ogrody Turawska project, an intimate – two staircase multi-family building, 4 storeys high, with 28 residential units, an underground garage with 20 parking spaces and 14 storage rooms has been built.

The following flats have been built as part of the project:
2 room flats with an area of 44 to 50 m2
3 room flats with an area of 55 to 70 m2
2 or 3 room flats with mezzanine floors with an area of 73 to 98 m2

Each of the flats has a balcony or a terrace with a garden, and some of the units with mezzanine floors have access to a large terrace.

There is also an above-ground car park with 14 parking spaces and bicycle racks.

The location of the estate provides, above all, a respite from the very centre of the city. Księże Wielkie is one of the greenest districts of Wrocław. Neighbouring areas include Park Wschodni, numerous walking and cycling paths, a kilometre-long bridge – the longest footbridge for pedestrians and cyclists in Poland, from which one can admire magnificent views.

Around 1.5 km there are necessary service and educational facilities: a kindergarten (approx. 500 m), primary school (approx. 1 km), children’s playroom (approx. 1.5 km), pharmacy (approx. 300 m), shop (approx. 100 m), gastronomy (approx. 100m).

Communication is available by bus lines no. 124, 134, 243 (bus stop at a distance of approx. 200m) and tram lines no. 3 and 5 (tram stop at a distance of approx. 3.5 km). The location of the investment also ensures quick access to the Eastern Ring Road.
