Prism

The Prism development is located on the northern Costa Blanca, in the municipality of Llíber. The project exemplifies a harmonious combination of sustainable development, local cultural values and attention to the well-being of residents by promoting community living and healthy lifestyles close to nature.

The architecture of the villas at Prism draws inspiration from the earth colors and traditional terraced mortarless stone walls characteristic of the region. Through the use of native vegetation, the homes blend seamlessly into the picturesque landscape of Vall del Pop. Each villa was designed to minimize energy consumption, which was achieved through the use of an aerothermal system for heating and hot water production, underfloor heating, installation of photovoltaic panels and a motorized ventilation system, among other features.

Owners will also have an electric car charging point, home automation, terraced gardens with traditional stone walls and local plants. For sustainable mobility, an electric car or two electric bicycles will be provided for each home.

The villas at Prism are detached, with three bedrooms, spread over two levels. The plots range from 400 to 700 square meters, and the house area is about 315 square meters. Each property has a private swimming pool, parking, utility room and impressive views of the vineyards and natural surroundings of the Vall del Pop. In addition, future owners have the option to choose from two available interior layout concepts, allowing them to customize their homes to suit their individual needs and lifestyles.
