Jastarnia is the heart of the Hel Peninsula. Surrounded by the waters of the Baltic Sea, it is famous for its wide, expansive and sandy beaches with guarded swimming areas. In Jastarnia and its close vicinity there are a number of schools and equipment rentals, thanks to which even beginners can try their hand at windsurfing, sailing or scuba diving in complete safety. The town also has its own harbor, located on the side of the Bay of Puck. The view of it is guaranteed by the location of the building, so you can watch the vessels entering the marina.

The intimate 2021 two-story apartment building features 11 premium turnkey units. The building is located on a gated, monitored property, titled so that the apartments face the harbor. Owners can enjoy an unobstructed view of the marina and helium. The first floor units have large gardens, while the first and second floors have spacious terraces.
