Sudea is architecture of context, open to the surroundings,
rich in high quality details.
The quarter between Sudecka Street, Sztabowa Street and Wiśniowa Avenue will be revitalised within the project.
The quarter will include a total of 11 buildings. The first,
stage currently under construction, includes a total of 86 apartments
in 2 renovated buildings and in one completely
new building in the central part of the project.
A cosy public space will be created inside the quarter. A small urban square, open to all, with associated services will create a local meeting centre.
Additional information and amenities:
– A storage unit and a parking space can be purchased.
– City heating. For historic buildings panel radiators, for the new building underfloor heating. For the new building, air-conditioning is supplied to the living room as standard. Distribution and installation of units at the client’s discretion.
