Nickel Development is responsible for the project. The architectural design, in turn, is by Adaptic-architekci. Aldesa Construcciones Polska was the main contractor for the development.

How many flats are there in Wille Wodziczki?

The development comprises 35 flats ranging in size from 28 to 106 m². It is an intimate project, with a limited number of flats and green spaces covering two-thirds of the plot.

The flats themselves come in a wide range of sizes and layouts, ranging from studio flats to large, 4-room flats. Their ceiling heights vary between 2.6 and 2.8 metres.

What facilities await residents of Willa Wodziczki?

The complex is equipped with lifts, a playground and a bicycle storage room. Residents also have access to spaces in the underground car park and storage lockers. The entire development is fenced off, ensuring privacy for the owners.
