Wilanów was the oldest settlement established in what were once the outskirts of Warsaw. Previously known as Milanów, it was eventually renamed Wilanów after the Villa Nova palace, built in the 17th century. The area is made up of beautiful, picturesque lands that were once Wilanów’s orchards. Today, it is one of the most sought-after locations among expatriates and families with children, mainly because Wilanów offers excellent educational infrastructure. This is where the German, Canadian, and French schools are located, while the British and American schools are situated nearby.
