Location
The apartment is located in a historic building in the center of Warsaw in the the pre-war Kolonia Staszica on Warsaw Filters. Tenement house from 1924, together with the adjacent garden – unique in Warsaw – entered in the strict register of monuments. The building was designed by the famous pre-war architect Roman Feliński, while the garden was designed by Franciszek Szanior (he also designed the Ujazdowski Park in Warsaw) based on the concepts of Howard’s gardens. The whole garden is fenced, there is also a special gazebo for bicycles. An enclave of many species of birds and plants, nurtured daily by a dedicated gardener. Some of the trees are pre-war trees together with one stately oak – a monument of nature. The garden has two active, antique fountains and a chapel. Very calm neighborhood – many professors, lawyers, artists, Dawid Woliński’s fashion studio.
I kindly invite you to the presentation of this unique property.
