The tenement house from 1924, along with the adjacent – unique in Warsaw – garden is listed in the strict register of monuments. The building was designed by the famous pre-war architect Roman Felinski, while the garden was designed by Franciszek Szanior (who also designed Warsaw’s Ujazdowski Park) based on Howard’s concept of city-gardens.
