The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic tenement house.
It consists of:

STANDARD:
In 2021, the apartment underwent a complete renovation designed by a renowned architectural studio from Gdańsk. All rooms were given a distinctive style suited to their function, while maintaining a cohesive and modern character throughout.
During the renovation, the electrical, heating and plumbing installations were completely replaced.
After levelling the floors, oak herringbone parquet and floorboards were laid, and in the hall and bathroom – mosaic tiles from the timeless Modernizm collection by Ceramika Paradyż.
The windows were replaced with energy-efficient, triple-glazed ones.
The original interior doors were restored.
The architects designed well-thought-out, aesthetic and spacious built-in furniture, later complemented with freestanding pieces.
In the representative living room, the original tiled stove was restored and beautifully exposed. The elegant character of the interior is emphasized by decorative mouldings.
The living room connects to the kitchen-dining area through wide double doors. The kitchen features ergonomic, tall cabinets with all necessary appliances built in. Meals can be comfortably enjoyed at a large, custom-designed dining table.
The bathroom is truly a bathing salon – with a window, bathtub, separate shower, two washbasins on a marble countertop and, as in the kitchen, appliances (washing machine, dryer, modern gas boiler) hidden in elegant cabinetry.
The apartment offers two bedrooms, the larger one featuring an additional, separate walk-in wardrobe and a veranda that can serve as a home office.

Aldony Street is situated in the very heart of Dolny Wrzeszcz – one of Gdańsk’s most atmospheric and historically rich districts. Surrounded by beautifully restored tenement houses, it exudes the charm of pre-war Gdańsk, blending historical character with a modern urban lifestyle.
