ABOUT THE INVESTMENT:

Vila Tijolo is a new residential development in Lisbon, located next to Tapada das Necessidades, between the Estrela and Campo de Ourique districts. The project includes the carefully carried out revitalization of a historic building from 1882, erected by José Joaquim de Almeida Junça as a housing estate for the workers of the Cerâmica Junça factory.

The building is distinguished by architecture typical of the industrial era with a geometric façade, high ceilings and characteristic brick vaults. The rear part of the building has galleries with cast iron elements, which is a unique example of the construction solutions of the time.
