STANDARD:
Kamienica Ordynacka is an exclusive neoclassical tenement house, built in the years 1911-1912 at the request of the duchess Maria Ludwika Czartoryska, in the area of the former Ordynacja Krasińskich. Before the war, it was one of the largest and most luxurious tenement houses in Warsaw, ideally suited to the area inhabited by the elite.
In the years 2013-2014 the tenement house underwent a multi-stage revitalization, during which the façade and all common parts have been restored, raising the standard of the building. Today, it functions again as one of the capital’s most prestigious residential buildings.
The rooms are spacious, bright and well laid-out, equipped with numerous built-in wardrobes.
Full kitchen equipment, including high-end household appliances, two refrigerators and two freezers. In the master bathroom, apart from the shower, there is a steam room. The apartment is also equipped with a washer/dryer.
From the living room and master bedroom, there is a beautiful view of Powiśle and Praga, with the National Stadium in the background.
LOCATION:
This is undoubtedly the most representative part of Warsaw. Okólnik Street is a picturesque corner, hidden just behind the Royal Route – all the famous buildings of Nowy Świat and Krakowskie Przedmieście, like Staszic Palace, Warsaw University, Presidential Palace, Bristol Hotel and Royal Castle can be seen in one short walk. It is close to elegant boutiques, trendy restaurants and cafes, but you can also quickly move to the energetic city center. Excellent communication is provided by the Nowy Świat Uniwersytet metro station and numerous bus routes. The Academy of Music, as well as the Fryderyk Chopin Museum, have their headquarters nearby.
I heartily recommend it and invite you to the presentation!
