VILLA:

A single-story wooden home with a total area of 266 m² and two bedrooms. Designed for peaceful living close to nature, the villa is elevated on a platform that enhances airflow, protects against moisture, and offers uninterrupted views of the dunes and coastal landscape.

The layout includes a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and terrace access, a second bedroom with twin beds, two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen with dining area, and a living room that opens directly onto a spacious deck. Outside, there is a plunge pool (8 m²), an outdoor shower, a lounge area, and a private courtyard with native greenery.

All living areas flow seamlessly into the surrounding landscape. Natural materials and a simple floor plan create a warm, harmonious atmosphere—ideal for daily rituals like enjoying a morning coffee in the sun or taking a shower under the open sky.

Built using renewable and upcycled materials, the design prioritizes comfort, aesthetics, and environmental responsibility. The interiors of each villa feature a natural color palette accented by vibrant tones, creating a fresh and tranquil ambiance inspired by Brazilian culture.
