VILLA:

A two-level residence with three bedrooms and a total area of 399 m². Designed to follow the natural slope of the terrain and draw in light from every direction, it features a dynamic roofline that gives the building a sculptural presence. This bold architectural form stands out while harmonizing seamlessly with the surrounding landscape.

The main level includes an open kitchen and dining area that flows into a double-height living room, visually connecting both floors. At the heart of the space is a staircase leading to the upper floor, while expansive glazing opens the home to a terrace and 16 m² pool. Adjustable wooden panels offer privacy and protection without disconnecting the home from its environment.

Also on this level are two bedrooms—one with direct access to the terrace, the other tucked away at the rear of the building for added privacy.

The upper floor is dedicated to a guest suite, complete with a private terrace, walk-in wardrobe, workspace, and en-suite bathroom—offering a tranquil and independent retreat.
