VILLA:

A two-story tropical residence with three bedrooms and a total area of 469 m². Designed to follow the land’s natural contours, the villa opens fully to light and air. The structure gently emerges from a stone base—communal areas are located on the ground floor, while the guest suite is elevated among the treetops.

On the lower level, floor-to-ceiling glass panels blur the line between indoors and outdoors. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area flows seamlessly onto a wide terrace with a 16 m² pool, sun loungers, and shaded corners. Natural materials—stone, wood, thatch—anchor the home in its lush green surroundings. This level also includes two bedrooms with direct garden access, designed to ensure privacy and comfort.

The upper floor is dedicated to a guest suite that features a bedroom, en-suite bathroom, private balcony, walk-in wardrobe, and a quiet workspace. A pitched roof with deep overhangs provides shade and shelter, while wooden brise-soleil panels ensure natural ventilation and light control.
