Situated 10 miles from Larnaca city, the coastal community of Pervolia is favored for the quieter beaches that its 4km sandy stretch offers, as well as interesting ancient monuments.

The village takes its name from the Greek word “pervoli”, which means a fertile field where produce grows. In ancient times, it belonged to various royal and high society families, and today it is a favorite vacation spot for residents from other parts of the island.

The villa has a very practical and comfortable layout. On the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen and toilet, exit to the terrace and garden and a garage for 2 cars. At the exit to the garden there is a place for a BBQ. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom is in the style of a master bedroom with a bathroom and a dressing room. The other 2 bedrooms share one more bathroom. The villa is characterized by large windows to take full advantage of the sea views.

In addition to the beautiful natural scenery overlooking one of the lakes in the Larnaca Salt Lake network, the village has several other noteworthy attractions. The famous lighthouse (Faros) is a relic from the island’s time under British rule, with several shipwrecks found in the surrounding seas. The old Venetian watchtower (Rigena/Regena) is one of four well-preserved in the region and is located on themed cycle routes. The village is also constantly being upgraded, with a new seaside walkway with pedestrian and cyclist paths, squares, viewpoints and paths leading to the beach.
