The owners built this detached house in 2023 using high-quality materials. The design was created in collaboration with an architectural firm to make the most functional use of the space.
The house is divided into a living area (ground floor) and a private area (first floor). The floors are covered with oiled oak planks. Air conditioning has been installed in every part of the house. Thanks to the high ceilings (approx. 3 m on the ground floor and 2.9 m on the first floor), you feel a sense of space as soon as you cross the threshold.
The space around the house is a beautifully landscaped terrace with a jacuzzi, a barbecue area, and space for family dinners.

Residents appreciate the quick access to Warsaw thanks to the proximity of the A2 motorway and the S8 route.
