Each house (half of a semi-detached house) with an area of 75 m2 has:

On the first floor there is:
* Living room with lounge area with large sofa, armchair, pouffe and coffee table, 55” TV on the wall,
* in the other part of the living room we have a comfortable table with 6 chairs,
* toilet,
* vestibule.

On the first floor:
* The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a large closet to accommodate the clothes of the whole family,
* the second bedroom allows two bed configurations: one large double bed or two single beds. The bedroom also has a large dresser or closet for clothes and a small desk for work.

In the attic :
* A third bedroom with a large double bed with the possibility of dividing it into two single beds, with a seating area in a bay window overlooking the mountains. A second 55” TV is also located here. 
* A large bathroom with a comfortable walk-in shower with thermostatic faucet also equipped with a toilet, sink and washer-dryer. The bathroom has underfloor heating.

It is an ideal place for a holiday for families with children or a group of friends – a cottage for 6-8 people.
The proposed premises are residential and you can register and live there permanently.

Electric heating and domestic hot water preparation, individual photovoltaics 3.65 kWp in each premises separately, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, municipal water and sewage, fiber-optic internet connection, alarm installation with supervision by a security agency, CCTV cameras in and around each premises.

LOCATION:

Within a short 5-minute walk we have grocery stores (small Żabka and large Lewiatan), two confectioneries (including the iconic Zakopane Samanta with fantastic sweets), a bus stop from which you can get to the outlet of the Kościeliska and Chochołowska Valleys or in the opposite direction to Zakopane, a pharmacy (just in case), a flower shop (for lovers), or a historic wooden church. There are, of course, also highlander inns and restaurants, but here the walk will be a bit longer, just enough to work up an appetite (Karczma Polany 900m -> 15 minutes).

Our immediate neighborhood is a real paradise for outdoor enthusiasts.
* Kościelisko running routes – 20 minutes on foot,
* nearest entrance to TPN – 30 minutes on foot,
* outlet of the Kościeliska Valley – 40 minutes on foot,
* bike trails – right from your door.

* The area of the houses counted after the floor is 75 m2.
