PROPERTY DESCRIPTION:

The palace in Luberadz, erected in 1789, is an extraordinary residence designed by architect Hilary Szpilowski for Józef Dembowski. Located in the northwestern part of Mazovia, the palace combines classical elements with romantic freedom of composition, creating a unique whole.

The condition of the palace is satisfactory while in need of renovation and restoration. A great advantage is that all ceilings have been replaced from wooden to poured concrete, 10 windows have been replaced in style and with the approval of the conservator, the roof has been replaced and maintained. In addition, electricity is supplied, water from its own well. An alarm has been installed in the palace.

ROOM LAYOUT:

The palace’s interiors hide an unusual layout that surprises and intrigues. The entrance hall invites you to discover more corners of this unique residence. The second floor housed representative apartments, including a grand dining room and ballroom with mosaic half-columns. This hall was partially restored, the frescoes repainted and the windows replaced. The first floor housed living rooms and a dining room with al fresco paintings depicting views of the Lazienki Park and the statue of King John III. Interestingly, the frescoes in barely visible form have survived to this day.
Currently, the palace is in need of comprehensive renovation and restoration to its former glory.

INVESTMENT:

The palace consists of two rectangular wings set at an obtuse angle, with a triaxial central section with a four-columned Ionic portico. The garden elevation is irregular, with a portico supporting a balcony and a loggia in the corner. The layout of the palace breaks the traditional Baroque-Classical scheme, with a park located in front of the palace.

LOCATION:

The palace is located in a picturesque area, overlooking the park and the river Lydynia just 60 km from Warsaw.
