Tuscan villa with art gallery

This villa is a true work of art, built in 1895 by Augusto Rey, a prominent painter of the Macchiaiolo movement, this stately residence is located in Crespina, a short distance from Pisa and Lucca and just 40 minutes from Forte dei Marmi.

On the second floor is a beautiful art gallery and bedrooms, including a master suite with en-suite bathroom, another beautifully decorated bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The second floor, includes four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and the painter’s personal studio, now converted into a cozy home theater with a wall-mounted screen and high-tech system, all in avantgarde style.
