DESCRIPTION OF THE INVESTMENT:

On an area of 11.037 ha in Gościcino (Wejherowo municipality), the construction of a modern production and warehouse complex is planned, consisting of three independent buildings: A, B and C. The entire project is located on plots no. 671/6, 671/8 and 671/9, covered by the current local development plan, designated for service buildings as well as production facilities, storage and warehouses.
The project includes a total of 19,131.3 m² of usable space, of which over 15,000 m² is production and warehouse area, and the remaining part comprises office and social facilities. The site has access to a road designated as 3KDD (14 m wide), with a direct entrance from Kochanowska Street.

The complex has been designed with functionality and flexibility in mind. Each building features independent office-social modules and large production-warehouse spaces. The total building footprint is 22,832.4 m², which represents approx. 27% of the total plot area.
The terrain is flat or with slight level differences (up to 8 m), without underground obstacles or environmental restrictions.

LOCATION:

Gościcino is a rapidly developing locality in the Wejherowo district, located approx. 35 km from Gdańsk. Excellent road connections are ensured by the proximity of voivodeship road 468 and the S6 expressway, which leads to the A1 motorway (7.2 km).
The Gościcino Wejherowskie railway station is located 2 km away, and the railway siding is 6.9 km away.
The Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa International Airport is situated 34 km from the investment.
Within a radius of up to 50 km, four seaports are available: Gdynia, Gdańsk, Władysławowo and Łeba.
