The SKYCITY project was the result of an international architectural competition. The winning concept by Warsaw-based studio Grupa 5 Architekci draws on the city’s modernist traditions while creating a vision that is bold and timeless. The white facades, geometric rhythm and monumental lightness of the blocks will make the investment a symbol of Gdynia – a new point of reference in its panorama.

The complex combines premium flats with spaces for business, catering and services. In this way, SKYCITY creates a coherent, vibrant part of the city that lives not only inside, but also in relation to its surroundings.
