Qualifications

I have been involved in sales since I was 20. From the age of 25, I managed distributed sales structures – from premium boutiques to large retail chains. At my peak, I was responsible for teams of approximately 1,000 people, including abroad, including in the Czech Republic.

I participated in the development and expansion of companies, opening new locations throughout Poland and building sales teams from scratch.

I have been working in the real estate industry for two years. I served as a director, where I was responsible for sales and team development. Today, I focus on working directly with clients and managing sales processes from start to finish.

I am focused and honest – I choose projects where I see a real chance for effective sales. I don’t promise things I can’t deliver. I tailor each strategy individually to the property and the owners’ situation.

Most of my offers come from referrals. I was also nominated by my clients for the Real Estate Agent of the Year 2025 poll, where I placed 6th out of over 100 agents – for me, this is the best proof that what I do makes sense.

I’ve learned a lot from working in commercial space management – ​​it taught me to see a property through the client’s eyes. I pay attention to details, first impressions, and how a space “works” for the experience.

I like to tell properties as stories – the ones that have already happened there and the ones that may just begin. I show clients not only the square footage and walls, but also what their lives could be like in a given space.

I treat my client relationships as partnerships. They often last longer than the transaction itself.

Interests

I enjoy traveling – especially Italy and Tuscany, which have significantly influenced my perspective on space and aesthetics.

I am interested in design and interior design, which I naturally utilize in my work.

After work, I focus on sports (mainly strength training), time with my family, and things that help me unwind – like gardening. And, of course, building with LEGO with my son.
