A gated complex of 45 luxury apartments, it is in many ways the best of its kind in the Algarve and one of the best in Portugal.

Apartments

The first floor apartments have front and rear private gardens, and the 3-bedroom first floor apartments have their own infinity pool. Apartments on the second floor level have equally spacious balconies, a living area with a lounge and coffee table, as well as an outdoor dining area and barbecue, with views of the development itself, as well as the lake, golf course and sea.

Apartments located on the second floor (duplex penthouses) also have spacious balconies and access to a private roof top. Each apartment has its own terrace and infinity pool, ranging from 8 to 11 meters in length depending on the size of the apartment and location, as well as a seating area, dining area, barbecue unit, refrigerator (and wine fridge), sink and worktop. It also has an area for sun loungers.

All apartments include a full package of high-quality furniture, carefully selected and adapted to the concept of the tourist resort, characterized by neutral and modern tones, attractive design and top quality. All apartments have a garage in the basement – in the case of 2-bedroom apartments, there is space for 2 cars and storage; in 3-bedroom apartments, 3 cars and storage; and in 4-bedroom apartments, 4 cars and storage. There are also outdoor parking spaces for owners and guests.

The reception provides service to the apartments, and each owner can choose not to transfer their property to the resort for vacation rentals.

Location

The property is uniquely located within the Vilamoura resort and boasts a unique location amidst water canals and golf courses, with the blue sea as a backdrop. The resort lies a short distance from the center, just 2 km from the marina and Falésia beach, and just 1,400 meters from three of Vilamoura’s five golf courses. There is everything you need to switch from car to bicycle or enjoy a hike, in perfect symbiosis with nature.

Common Areas

In the complex, in addition to carefully designed green areas, there is a padel tennis court area, a small pitch & putt area for golf practice, a pétanque course, an indoor and outdoor gym and a sauna and Turkish bath. The project was designed by architect Vasco Vieira (Arqui+), recognized as one of Portugal’s leading architects in the construction of bold, contemporary villas, eco-resorts and hotels, with modern designs at Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago, Quinta da Marinha, Quinta Patino, Melides.

The project itself has a very contemporary look, with large glass areas, minimalist floor-to-ceiling windows, large balconies, and spacious indoor and outdoor areas with luxurious finishes.
