Experience

Before Agata embarked on a career in real estate, she gained experience in marketing and management. She served as the head of a training center and then as the principal of a post-secondary school and a high school for adults. She managed more than a dozen branches, requiring her full commitment, meticulousness, and responsibility. There was no room for error in this role—especially when, as chairwoman of the examination boards, she was responsible for the administration of state exams.

A change of city and industry opened a new chapter—Krakow and the deep end of the secondary real estate market. Thanks to her multitasking and determination, she also quickly developed in the primary market, where she served as sales manager.
When the Partners International branch was established in Krakow, Agata knew that the premium segment would be her best bet—combining her managerial experience, high standards of work, and industry knowledge, which she has been consistently developing since the beginning of 2020.

Qualifications

Agata holds degrees in business management and human resources, and also holds teaching qualifications. She continually develops her skills by participating in industry-specific courses and training. She is a certified participant in training based on the principles of the Sandler Selling System, and she acquired her knowledge of real estate analysis and investment strategies in cooperation with Hectares. She places particular emphasis on negotiation – an area in which she trained with leading experts.
Her professionalism is also confirmed by her broker license obtained from the Małopolska Association of Real Estate Agents (MSPON).

Interests

Agata works a lot, but as she emphasizes, her work gives her immense satisfaction and joy. In her free time, she reaches for books on personal development, emotional intelligence, and spirituality.

Outside the home, she can most often be found in the forests or mountains – on foot or by bike. The choice depends on her mood: sometimes she needs silence, tranquility, and a touch of melancholy, and other times – movement, dynamism, and a release of energy.
