I am an entrepreneurial specialist with over 15 years of experience managing a company that I founded and successfully developed, acquiring clients from across Europe. As CEO, I was responsible for strategic management, sales development, team management, and financial and operational areas. My strengths lie in business relationships and negotiations – I am able to build lasting partnerships based on trust and real value for both parties. My experience in various business areas allows me to effectively navigate both the dynamic startup environment and large corporate partners.

Qualifications

I possess extensive competencies in management, business analysis, and sales development. I am fluent in English in professional interactions. I am comfortable working with the MS Office suite, particularly tools supporting data analysis and reporting. Additionally, I am a certified Polish Skiing Association (PZN) and Indoor Cycling (Spinning) instructor, which demonstrates my commitment, self-discipline, and ability to work well with people. I plan to further my professional development in the real estate industry, combining my business experience with an analytical approach and the ability to build relationships.

I am passionate about business, new technologies, and the real estate market. In my personal life, I am active in sports – I enjoy skiing, ski touring, wakeboarding, sailing, cycling, and skydiving. I enjoy challenges and activities that require focus, courage, and quick decision-making – which also translates into my professional approach. I am also interested in the automotive industry and the dynamically changing world of technological innovation.
