Experience
Real estate has been a thread throughout Paulina’s career, each time from a different perspective – from the formal, design, and construction aspects, to sales and leasing. It is this multifaceted perspective, gained through working with land at the City Hall’s Architecture Department, interior design, and construction team supervision, that allows her to view space and clients much more broadly than the average real estate agent.
For five years, she has been working as a real estate agent (license no. 27283), selling and leasing residential and commercial properties. Additionally, for the past 1.5 years, she has specialized in the commercialization of newly built investments using the PRS model – collaborating directly with investment funds on apartment leasing and maintaining ongoing contact with tenants.
