The first away integration of Partners International

We have an extraordinary event behind us. The first away integration of Partners International. The setting for this event was Masuria, specifically Iława and GrandHotel Tiffi. During the two days spent together, we had the opportunity to sum up the development and plans for the future of our Agency, undergo training with Tomasz Kalko, compete for the palm of first place in the regatta, and also try delicious cuisine, laugh and dance until the morning. We returned from the integration full of impressions and with an appetite for more. More development, more challenges and more… integration.

But first things first. The first away integration coincided with the year of our 30th birthday. Coincidence? As you can easily guess, absolutely not. This is a year of breakthrough and changes, as well as numerous activities planned by us. Among the several directions of development chosen by the Agency were also: to get to know each other and get to know each other even better. To introduce Partners International to a wider group: we organized a 30th birthday for Friends and Clients, and then an industry integration Meet Up. We also created a series on social media called “What You Don’t Know About PI”, in which we talk about our values and history. In order to achieve the second goal, i.e. to get to know each other even better, we organized the first integration trip. The effects exceeded our wildest expectations.

We met in Masuria, which is roughly in the middle between our Warsaw and Tri-City branches. The hospitality and scenery of the event were provided by GrandHotel Tiffy and the longest lake in Poland – Jeziorak. In the substantive part of the event, we focused on summarizing the first half of the year and outlining plans for the future. Partners International is growing stronger every day. This can be seen in the numbers, the number of initiatives and new people who join the agency. We believe that it is worth talking about development out loud and at every opportunity. Also, or maybe above all, during a joint trip.

Good integration should include an educational element. This was provided to us by business psychologist, trainer and academic lecturer Tomasz Kalko during an extremely substantive power speech “How to sell value, not price. Or how to build partnership and trust at the interface with the premium customer”. After meeting with Tomasz Kalko, we feel that sales and the premium industry have fewer and fewer secrets for us.

After a whole day of acquiring knowledge and absorbing information, we deserved a rest. The kind that works best during integration, i.e. active and in the fresh air. Rest + water + setting sun + a pinch of competition = regatta. Divided into 12 5-person teams, we fought for the podium in the first PI sailing competition. The winning team won … the admiration of colleagues, eternal glory and, as we guess, great satisfaction.

After incredible emotions, there was nothing left for us to do but sit down to dinner together, and after it have fun, laugh, dance and talk until dawn. Did we get to know each other better? Definitely. Do we want more? Definitely. In the meantime, we are left with memories and gifts brought by everyone, which, in addition to personalized graphics, also included a sweatshirt from our partner, the Wasalaa brand and a mini painting gifted by the amazing artist and friend of ours, Łukasz Stokowski. We would like to thank our partners.

See you next year at the Great Integration 2025.
