Delfin Tower
Delfín Tower is a modern residential complex located in Benidorm, right on the sandy beach. The 98-meter-high skyscraper stylishly towers over its surroundings, becoming one of the city’s most distinctive landmarks.

savings of 33 to 39% in CO2 emissions. The incorporation of sanitary fixtures, faucets and electrical appliances with the highest energy standards has led to a 40% reduction in water consumption in each
apartment. Green areas include native plants that require less irrigation and which, together with rainwater reuse and storage systems, have led to an impressive 50% reduction in water consumption.
The building is equipped with an innovative waste management and segregation system, resulting in 70% savings in waste management costs. All elevators have energy regeneration systems. Savings are also generated by LED technology used throughout the building’s interior and exterior lighting.
