Bialowieza Enclave is the only such Holiday Park in Poland surrounded by a primeval forest. Enclosed by natural surroundings, it remains open to all. Wild, yet friendly, family and holiday nature. This is where dreams come true. The enclave will provide relaxation, rest, silence, contact with nature, sports activities and entertainment at the highest level. The infrastructure will also benefit the local community by showcasing their passions – from culinary, handicrafts to art. For investors, the Enclave will bring profit.

The Bialowieza Enclave refers to the times in which it was built – the 20th interwar period of Hajnówka’s greatest prosperity. The architecture of the buildings and their finishing refers to the simplicity, minimalism and nostalgia of modernism, blending perfectly with the stately, centuries-old oak trees. Decorative elements use details from Podlasie architecture.

Three of the existing buildings of the officer’s estate will be modernized and expanded. With large windows, terraces, balconies surrounding the buildings, the wilderness will be available at your fingertips. A sensory park will provide relaxation and recreation.

There will be a total of 61 apartments ranging in size from 26 sqm to 78 sqm. “Oak Bark”, “Hornbeam Leaf” and ” Pine Needle” will be located in the residential part of the estate. The buildings are planned so that each apartment has a breathtaking view of the surrounding primeval forest and the Sensory Park. All apartments have large, panoramic windows, a terrace or balcony, and those on the first floor have their own garden. All houses will have elevators.

In the southern part of the Bialowieza Enclave, a viewing and recreational pond will be built with the possibility of swimming, consisting of several zones: a shallow one for children, one for those who can swim, a regenerative one and an ornamental one – overgrown with plants. The pond will be available for use all year round – swimming in the summer, and “walruses” or ice skating in the winter.

The main purpose of the sensory garden, located in the center of the Enclave, will be to create places for relaxation, education and therapy, by stimulating all the senses. The composition of the park is based on a system of walking paths made of mineral surfaces, which connect the various entrances and program elements. Several areas have been set aside in the park, each of which will stimulate different senses.
