Nadmorski Park – is an intimate, extremely prestigious apartment project, which was built in an exceptional location – in a seaside forest near the Gdansk pier.
Its design was made by the Maarte studio, and Invest Komfort is responsible for the construction.

The exclusive nature of the estate’s villa-like character is given by the architecture, whose characteristic feature is the sculpturing of the buildings’ masses, large irregular balconies and – belonging to the apartments of the highest floors – terraces on the roofs. Garage halls built under the buildings add to the convenience of using and living in this unique estate.

This luxurious development consists of four, four-story buildings with 66 apartments – in arrangements ranging from two to five rooms. The whole project has been designed so that residents can enjoy the charm of an inner courtyard, from which there are entrances to successive staircases.

Within the estate, residents have a fitness center with a club room, a gym, as well as a relaxation and sauna area. There is also an “audiophile’s zone”, which is equipped with high-end playing equipment, will satisfy the needs of anyone for whom sound of the highest quality is crucial.
The estate has a playground and a recreation zone. The whole area is connected by a water foundation, which begins its course by the fitness center, continues through the courtyard and ends with a cascade along with a water reservoir.
