Transatlantyk

Transatlantic is an investment realized by AB Inwestor. It is the work of a group of architects: the conceptual design was created by the team of: arch. Bazyli Domsta, arch. Adam Drohomirecki, arch. Magdalena Maderska. The final shape of the object was given by: arch. Bazyli Domsta, arch. Marcin Pilch along with a large team of collaborators.

The investment received the award of the Chairman of the City Council “Time of Gdynia – for the best investment of the year”.

The property is distinguished by its excellent location.
For it is located in the very center of Gdynia, at Kaszubski Square. It constitutes the culmination of Świętojańska Street. The prestige of this investment is added by the fact that it is only 400m from the shoreline, 600m from Kosciuszko Square, and only 900m from the City Beach. Not far from the Transatlantic are the Gdynia Market Halls, so residents have daily access to fresh fruits, vegetables or Baltic fish.

From the east side, the apartments overlook the Bay of Gdansk. On the roof of the second floor was designed a large green terrace with a playground for children (at the exclusive disposal of residents).
