Sea Towers is a unique, prestigious property, not only in Poland, but the entire Baltic Sea basin. Winner of the European Property Awards in the category of The Best High-Rise Development. In the ranking of high-rise buildings in Poland, it is ranked 12th in terms of height, second in the Tri-City. This absolutely unique and luxurious development was designed by Viennese architectural firm Andrzej Kapuscik, and the investor was Invest Komfort SA. Sea Towers has permanently inscribed itself in the landscape of Gdynia, being one of the symbols of the city today.

The complex consists of two skyscrapers with a common base, constituting a multi-story apartment building with a service and office area.
One of the towers consists of 29 and the other of 38 floors. The top floors are occupied by luxurious penthouses and an observation deck (available exclusively to residents), offering a unique view of the Gulf of Gdansk and the Hel Peninsula.

The towers are equipped with a 24-hour doorman, integrated alarm systems, monitoring. Videophones have been installed in the apartments. All this guarantees residents a sense of security.

The investment is characterized by spacious open-space halls. Quiet, high-speed elevators providing communication between floors, parking spaces in the underground garage, restaurant and service facilities are just some of the advantages of Sea Towers. Some history and interesting facts about the Sea Towers development

The construction of this amazing property stretched out over time. The reason for the long-lasting earthworks was the short distance to the water. The area needed to be hardened and the ground compacted. All because before 1930 the sea reached this place.On May 10, 2006, the cornerstone laying ceremony took place.

Interestingly, the plans originally included a light-colored facade for the building. During construction, however, a decision was made to clad it in dark granite.

On October 19, 2007, a concert by the Kombii band was held in the finished lower part of the building, organized to celebrate the placing of the topping out – the highest structural point, reaching 138 meters. The show, preceded by a ten-minute fireworks display, attracted about 2,000 spectators.

The completion date for the entire project was February 28, 2009, and the official opening took place on August 14, 2009, although the first apartments were delivered in December 2008.

42,400 cubic meters of concrete and 4,300 tons of steel were used to construct the building.
The weight of the towers is as much as 140 thousand tons.
