The Warsaw intelligentsia lived here, including the composer Karol Szymanowski, the conductor Kazimierz Wiłkomirski and the outstanding athlete and Olympic champion from Los Angeles, Janusz Kusociński. The building was renovated in 2017, the developer took care of the renovation of the historic space.

The nearest center is the proximity of your favorite cafes, restaurants, pubs, but also walking distance to the green parts of Warsaw – the Pole Mokotowskie park or the Ujazdowski Park. The rear, intimate area of the tenement house located in the vicinity of the historic hall in Koszyki. The APARTMENT is entered through the original, restored double doors. The staircase is well-kept and has a representative character. The owners made sure that this part was cozy, but also rich in designer finishes, e.g. Gucci coffee table also presented at the New York MoMA museum. The living room is illuminated by an Italian Artemide lamp. The art from the Napiórkowska gallery by Marek Okrasa catches the eye. The fireplace is complemented by a fireplace and an original, 19th-century French-inspired fireplace above it.
The owners, as connoisseurs of good design, placed Kartell chairs at the dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with all household appliances, including a wine fridge.
The next two rooms can be bedrooms, currently one for the office with the original Cassiny LC4 chaise longue. One master bedroom has an adjacent bathroom with a spacious part. Guest bathroom with equipment and built-in washer-dryer located in the entrance hall.
