Drucianka Wschodnia – a new dimension to life in Praga North

Drucianka Wschodnia is a unique residential development that combines contemporary architecture with the industrial heritage of Warsaw’s Praga North district. In a location steeped in history, an intimate living space is being created, designed with comfort and functionality in mind, whilst ensuring the new development blends harmoniously with its surroundings.

The development is being built in the immediate vicinity of Warsaw East Station, ensuring convenient access to public transport and efficient connections to other parts of the city. The proximity to the city centre, the developing infrastructure of Praga and the unique atmosphere of the district’s historic quarter create attractive conditions for both everyday living and investment.

Drucianka Wschodnia forms part of a wider regeneration programme for the site of the former wire factory, led by several independent investors. SGI is responsible for the project’s implementation; as part of the development, it has built 104 flats and plans to revitalise the historic factory buildings located within the site. The new development is designed to coexist with preserved elements of the industrial past, creating a cohesive space where history takes on new meaning.

A thoughtfully designed living space

104 flats are planned for Drucianka Wschodnia, with layouts designed to prioritise residents’ comfort and a contemporary lifestyle. The communal areas are also a key element of the project, extending the functionality of the private living space.

Facilities available to residents include a yoga studio, a co-working space, an educational room, a DIY workshop and a playground. This infrastructure is designed to bring together relaxation, work, the pursuit of interests and residents’ everyday needs in a single location.

The development is complemented by an underground car park with 144 parking spaces, as well as bicycle storage lockers, a car wash and residents’ storage rooms. These facilities are designed to ensure convenience for both residents who drive and those who opt for cycling or public transport on a daily basis.

History meets the present

Drucianka Wschodnia is being built on a site whose industrial past forms an important part of the identity of this part of Prague. Rather than turning its back on history, the project uses it as a starting point to create something new. Contemporary flats, the planned regeneration of historic buildings and the development of the entire area are set to create a multi-dimensional space where the past and the future coexist.

Planned completion date: third quarter of 2028.
