Dawid is a native of Poznań, naturally full of energy, curiosity, and initiative. Before entering the world of real estate, he followed an unusual career path. As a young man, fascinated by boats, he moved to Szczecin, where he worked in the yachting industry for many years – starting with the physical construction of yachts and eventually managing the teams responsible for producing a given vessel. This path taught him precision, responsibility, and teamwork.

After returning to Poznań in 2011, he opened a studio specializing in laser tattoo removal, helping people overcome the “mistakes of youth.” In 2018, he entered the real estate market – initially as an investor, which allowed him to thoroughly understand the specifics of the Poznań market and the needs of real estate buyers and sellers.

Qualifications

He obtained his PFRN broker license, No. 27532, in 2021 and has been actively working as an advisor since then. He combines his experience as an investor with his experience as an agent, allowing him to offer clients not only a broad market perspective but also assistance in making rational investment decisions – always combined with a personalized approach and understanding the emotions that accompany each transaction.

In his work, he excels at listening and accurately identifying client needs. This allows him to successfully collaborate with those seeking real estate, effectively tailoring offers to their expectations.

Interests

Personally, he is passionate about spending time actively with his family. He also devotes his free time to an unusual hobby: freshwater shrimp farming, which, as he says, teaches him patience and attention to detail.
