Construction of workers’ houses and luxury villas continued, e.g. along Belwederska Street. The center of Dolny Mokotów is marked by the Royal Park – Łazienki, which delights at any time of the year. Currently, Dolny Mokotów consists of buildings primarily of the 1950s, which is characterized by low tenement houses with sloping roofs. There are green squares and parks between the buildings. The areas of Dolny Mokotów are popular among developers, due to the great interest of customers in these areas.
