The Grano complex on Granary Island is the winner of the “Renovation of the Year & Construction of the 21st Century” competition. Completed in 2020, the development combines modern architecture with rich historical heritage. The building’s interiors reference the Art Deco style. Both the architectural design of the building and the interior concept were created by the renowned studio KD Kozikowski Design.
