VILLA:

A spacious beachfront residence with four bedrooms and a total area of 411 m². Gently elevated above the terrain, it follows the natural contours of the landscape and is designed for families or groups seeking openness and space, while still feeling grounded and connected to nature.

The architectural centerpiece is an airy, elongated living zone—a combined lounge, dining area, and kitchen that opens in three directions. Floor-to-ceiling glass shutters allow light and air to circulate freely, while the thick thatched roof and deep eaves offer natural protection from sun and rain.

Each of the four bedrooms has direct outdoor access and its own private zone. The master suite fully opens toward the ocean, while the remaining bedrooms are laid out in a peaceful and balanced configuration. A wide front terrace seamlessly extends the interior, leading to a sun deck and a 16 m² infinity pool that gently slopes toward the dunes.

Beneath the home, elevated on stilts, there is discreet space for storage, shaded parking, and sports equipment. Even this functional area has been carefully finished—true to the philosophy that every part of the home deserves attention and respect.
