VILLA:

A two-level residence with four bedrooms and a total area of 402 m². Elegantly designed to follow the natural terrain, it combines elevation with intimacy, offering a compact vertical form that unfolds gracefully upward.

The main floor centers around a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen and lounge that flow seamlessly onto a covered veranda and sunny terrace with a 12 m² pool just steps from the living room. Floor-to-ceiling glazing and adjustable shutters invite natural light while protecting from sun and wind.

This level also features two bedrooms. The master suite includes a private bathroom with an open-air shower, direct access to the terrace, a walk-in closet, and a dedicated workspace. The second bedroom opens to a private balcony and also includes its own bathroom and study area.

Upstairs, two additional bedrooms open onto a shared shaded veranda. Each features a private bathroom, walk-in closet, and workspace—offering comfortable privacy for guests or family members.
