Konstancin Jeziorna is a charming town located nearby, about 20 km, from the center of Warsaw. Despite the proximity of a large city, Konstancin has retained its spa character and is still very popular with people escaping from the hustle and bustle of the capital to peace, quiet and greenery.

Konstancin Jeziorna, zone B and its surroundings, consists mainly of single-family houses with beautiful plots of old trees.
