The tenement house at 12 Władysława Jagiełły Street was built in 1899 in the eclectic style.
Masonry, plastered, L-shaped, three-storey with an unused attic, basement. Mansard roof covered with S-tiles. Facade decorated with stucco decoration, on the third axis from the east a projection with the main entrance framed by a decorative portal. The projection is topped with an onion roof, above it a decorative gable finished in face brick and plaster. Windows framed with bands, above the first-storey windows triangular pediments. On the 5th axis from the east, in the attic part, a triangular bay window topped with a pyramidal roof.
