The pre-war tenement house, designed by architect Wincenty Oczykowski, was built in 1923-1931 and survived World War II almost intact. The building is entered in the register of monuments and under the watchful eye of the conservator, despite the renovation works, it does not lose its historical charm. A wooden elevator, original handrails and doors to the apartments are characteristic elements of this unique tenement house with history in the background.
In addition, the building boasts a beautiful well-kept yard with a garden and a fish-filled pond. Guarded, with a concierge and locked at night, it has been appreciated many times and won competitions for the prettiest yard. Additionally, for such exceptional care for the tenement house, the Cooperative received a diploma of recognition from the Main Board of the Society of Friends of Warsaw.

The heart of Powiśle, next to the Poniatowski Bridge. The city center is 5 minutes walking distance.
