HISTORY:
At the beginning of the 19th century Zarębów belonged to Franciszek Bagniewski, and later to Aleksander Pruszak, Zofia Łabęcka and the Toepliz family. At the end of the 19th century the estate passed to Emilia Radwan, and in 1905 it was bought by Leon Stachowski, who probably built the brick mansion that still exists today. After his death, the estate went to his wife Mirta, and then to his daughter Maria Agnes, while the land was sold. The last owner before the war was Tomasz Kulesza, who acquired it in 1939, and after 1945 the farm was parceled out and the mansion divided into apartments and deteriorated. In the 1980s it was purchased by private owners, and now the renovated mansion is home to the luxury hotel Różana Rezydencja.

The manor house is located in the village of Zarębów, situated in the province of Łódź, in the county of Kutno, in the municipality of Żychlin. It is 110 km from Warsaw and 70 km from Łódź.
