Eco Estrela

Introduction:.

Gremi International SARLto an international holding company headquartered in Luxembourg (with operations in Luxembourg, Netherlands, Brazil, Poland, USA) is developing the “Eco Estrela” project in Baia Formosa, Brazil. It is a new world-class, prestigious tourist destination comparable to exotic luxury locations such as Porto Cervo, Sardinia (Italy), Sotogrande and Mayakoba (Mexico). The “Eco Estrela” project will include several hotels, resort facilities and luxury residential units. The unusual site is located 6.5 kilometers (4.1 miles) from the Atlantic coast and covers an area of 2,571 hectares (6,353 acres). The project will be implemented using a phased approach. The project has a master plan (prepared by EDSA) to build up to 2,641 units. Most importantly, Gremi Group has a final installation license to begin construction, issued on December 27, 2018.
