ARCHITECTURE
The historical tenement house designed by Edward Sułkowski, built in 1939-40 is a flagship example of luxury pre-war modernism. Located on a slope with a view of the greenery. Functionally designed with a spacious, representative hall, large double-leaf windows. In the hall, sandstone slabs refer to the facade and crystal mirrors. Facade faced with sandstone slabs. Art deco details: hand-forged entrance gate, French-style balconies, and staircase railings.
