Revitalization of this historic building into a hotel facility in 2017 won a conservation award. The brick building formerly used as a stable has been faithfully restored in terms of its original exterior appearance while retaining all proportions and details. The work included conservation and reconstruction of stucco detail, full reconstruction of the woodwork and restoration of the decorative tin roofing of the dormer window in part of the roof. For the conservation and reconstruction work, patinated roof tiles and handmade bricks of artisan production selected according to the original were used.
