The plot of 7203 m2 is situated in a picturesque location adjacent to a reconstructed old manor house, 50 km from Warsaw in the immediate vicinity of a private nature reserve consisting of 6 ponds. It is the only private nature reserve in Poland that has passed a parliamentary act. The area is partly wooded. Access from a road through the forest or from a private cul-de-sac road, laid out before the Second World War. Its construction is the responsibility of the municipality.

A 10-minute drive or bicycle ride away are the Grzegorzewicki Ponds, which are a major attraction for anglers. Commercially available are two in which it is possible to catch carp, perch, tench, carp, pikeperch or pike. In close proximity, there is also a restaurant, a horse stud, cycling and horse riding paths.

Convenient access via the A2 motorway in the direction of Katowice takes about 40 minutes.
