He began his career in high-end hospitality, which taught him that the key to success in the luxury segment is attention to the smallest details and anticipating client needs. He has spent the last decade managing teams, honing his operational, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Since 2020, he has successfully transferred these skills to the real estate market. During this time, he has completed a wide range of transactions, building a reputation as a consistent, patient, and reliable advisor. In business, he doesn’t seek one-off opportunities; he focuses on building long-term relationships based on partnership, trust, and empathy. He graduated from the University of Physical Education in Gdańsk and completed postgraduate studies in SPA & Wellness Center Management. He continually invests in his personal and professional development, believing that professionalism in the premium industry requires constant updating of knowledge. He expands his expertise to include business psychology and MBA standards, allowing him to take a multi-dimensional view of every transaction – not only through the prism of numbers, but above all, strategy and interpersonal relationships. INTERESTS

In his private life, he is a proud husband and father of two daughters. His lifelong discipline and perseverance are best demonstrated by completing a marathon – this experience taught him that every goal is achieved through iron consistency. He enjoys spending his free time on mountain trails, which allow him to gain a new perspective on everyday challenges. He is also a lover of Italian cuisine and good coffee, and at home he is passionate about cooking for his loved ones, celebrating the time spent together.
